Rick Stein to expand Cornish empire
Rumour has it that Rick Stein is planning to expand his business in Cornwall with the opening of a fish and chip restaurant, takeaway and oyster bar in Falmouth.
The TV chef, who owns The Seafood Restaurant in Padstow, already has a bistro, fish and chip restaurant, café, pub, deli, patisserie, numerous guest bedrooms and cookery school in the area.
His latest plans have been approved by the town council and will soon go before Cornwall Council.
